The airbag is installed in the steering wheel hub, close to the seat cushion, and its capacity ranges from 50 liters to 90 liters. The fabric used for making airbags has high tensile strength and is mostly made of nylon material. The folding surface is covered with dry powder to prevent the airbags from sticking together and bursting in the event of an explosion. To prevent gas leakage, the inner layer of the airbag is coated with sealing rubber; At the same time, the safety airbag is equipped with a safety valve. When the inflation is excessive or the pressure inside the airbag exceeds a certain value, it will automatically release some gas to avoid squeezing passengers and causing injury; The gas used in airbags is mainly nitrogen.
